Gather around Fraser’s stunning 30-foot community table for a beautifully crafted meal prepared by Chef Brittany Flint:
- Creamy Pea Salad – Spring peas, pecorino dressing, shallots, herbs, bibb lettuce, crispy prosciutto
- Spring Chicken – Charcoal-roasted quarter chicken with lemon-garlic scape butter
- Potato Gratin – Layered with Gruyère, cheddar, onions, thyme, and cream, baked until golden brown
- Sumac Green Beans – Sautéed with salt, pepper, mint, and sumac
- Freshly baked ciabatta and infused oil will be available throughout the meal
